1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The online shop at www.royalbarber.cz is operated by Royal Barber Eshop s.r.o., IČO 23540842, se sídlem Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, zapsaná v obchodní rejstřík vedený Krajským soudem v Brně, oddíl C, vložka 146437 (dále „prodávající“ nebo „my“). Kontakt: info@royalbarber.cz, telefon 737 502 501 (call centrum, pracovní dny 9–19).

These terms apply to purchases of gift vouchers for Royal Barber & Shop services and Royal Gentleman care products through this website. Branch appointments are booked through the external Bonfero system linked from this site. Services at each branch are provided by its operator, whose details are listed on the branch page.

If you are a consumer (not buying for business purposes), you also have rights under the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.). Nothing in these terms limits those rights; if the terms conflict with the law, the law prevails. The withdrawal provisions in Article 7 do not apply to business customers.

These terms form an integral part of the purchase contract. Any differing provisions in the purchase contract take precedence.

2. What we sell

Gift voucher for a specific service (such as a classic haircut). The voucher price is determined by the branch you select when ordering; it can be redeemed at any Royal Barber & Shop branch in the Czech Republic. If the service costs more at the chosen branch, you pay the difference there; if it costs less, the remaining balance can be used on a future visit. The voucher is available as a PDF delivered by email, or printed, for collection at your chosen branch and advance card payment. Printed vouchers cannot yet be ordered online; arrange one by calling 737 502 501.

The voucher is valid for 6 months from issue. We issue the voucher after payment; its expiry date is printed on it. Once expired, the voucher cannot be redeemed or extended. It cannot be exchanged for money or paid out in cash. The voucher is transferable — someone other than the buyer may redeem it.

3. Orders and contract formation

Add the goods to your basket, enter your contact details at checkout and choose delivery and payment. Before submitting, you will see the final amount, including any cash-on-delivery fee. You can review and correct the order until you submit it. By submitting the order, you confirm that you have read these terms.

The purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order to the email address provided. If a price changes between adding an item to your cart and submitting the order, we will stop submission and notify you. You are only charged the price shown before submission.

You can cancel by email or phone until the voucher is issued or the parcel is handed to the carrier.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final and stated in Czech crowns. The prices shown when the order is submitted apply.

• Online by card through Stripe. After submitting your order, you enter your card details on the payment provider’s page. Card details do not pass through our website or system; the provider handles them and we cannot access them. The order is paid only when the provider confirms payment. Incomplete or failed payments do not result in a voucher being issued or goods being dispatched.
• Cash on delivery when collecting the parcel from a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX, with a CZK 30 fee. Cash on delivery is available only for shipped cosmetics. Gift vouchers are paid in advance by card.

An invoice is available on request: use “Download invoice” in your order email to generate and download it. For a company invoice, enter the company name, registration number and VAT ID if applicable at checkout.

5. Delivery

PDF voucher will be sent to your order email address after payment confirmation. Delivery is free. Print the voucher or forward it from your phone.

Printed voucher is collected at the branch chosen when ordering and paid for in advance by card. Arrange the collection date with the branch. Vouchers are not shipped via Packeta; for now, order printed vouchers by calling 737 502 501.

Kosmetiku are delivered via Packeta to the pickup point or Z-BOX selected at checkout. Delivery to a Packeta pickup point is free; cash on delivery adds CZK 30. We hand over the parcel after payment confirmation, or order confirmation for cash on delivery. Packeta sends collection and tracking notifications by text or email. The parcel is held for the period stated in its notification.

Please order email vouchers separately from shipped goods; each order has one delivery method.

If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, we can arrange to send it again. Cash-on-delivery parcels must first be paid in advance.

6. Receipt of goods and transfer of risk

Zásilku si při převzetí prohlédni. Je-li obal zjevně poškozený, můžeš zásilku odmítnout nebo poškození nahlásit dopravci a nám na info@royalbarber.cz; usnadní to reklamaci. Nebezpečí škody na zboží přechází na kupujícího převzetím zboží.

7. Withdrawal within 14 days

As a consumer buying remotely, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins when you or your nominated recipient receive them; for PDF vouchers, on email delivery.

Odstoupení stačí ve lhůtě odeslat — e-mailem na info@royalbarber.cz nebo poštou na adresu sídla. Můžeš použít vzorový formulář níže, ale nemusíš; postačí jakékoli jednoznačné prohlášení. Zboží nám pošli nebo předej bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 14 dnů od odstoupení, na adresu Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno; náklady na vrácení zboží neseš ty.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal using the original payment method, or the account you provide for cash on delivery. For goods, we may wait until they are returned or you provide proof of dispatch. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

When withdrawal is not possible:

• for sealed cosmetics that you have unsealed and that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code);
• for vouchers already redeemed, including partially, as the service has been provided.

After 14 days, the statutory withdrawal right expires; the voucher remains valid until its stated expiry date.

8. Complaints

Care products: za vady zboží odpovídáme podle občanského zákoníku; vadu, která se projeví do dvou let od převzetí, můžeš vytknout. Reklamaci uplatni e-mailem na info@royalbarber.cz nebo telefonicky na 737 502 501 (call centrum, pracovní dny 9–19); domluvíme, kam zboží poslat. Vyřídíme ji bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 30 dnů od uplatnění, není-li dohodnuta delší lhůta. Podle povahy vady máš právo na dodání nového zboží, opravu, přiměřenou slevu nebo odstoupení od smlouvy. Reklamace se nevztahuje na vady způsobené běžným opotřebením, nesprávným použitím nebo skladováním, ani na zboží po uplynutí doby použitelnosti uvedené na obalu.

Voucher: reklamovat lze vadu poukazu (nečitelný, poškozený, nefunkční kód) i vadné poskytnutí služby, na kterou byl poukaz uplatněn. Reklamaci uplatni e-mailem na info@royalbarber.cz nebo osobně na kterékoli pobočce; vyřídíme ji do 30 dnů. Nelze-li poukaz uplatnit z důvodu na naší straně (například uzavření pobočky), nabídneme uplatnění na jiné pobočce, prodloužení platnosti nebo vrácení peněz.

We will confirm receipt of your complaint, including its date and content, and issue a record of the outcome when it is resolved.

9. Disputes and supervision

Se stížností se obrať na info@royalbarber.cz. K mimosoudnímu řešení spotřebitelských sporů je příslušná Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, www.coi.cz.

Consumer protection is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, data protection by the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, and trade licensing by the relevant trade licensing office.

10. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in a separate document Privacy policy.

11. Final provisions

The version published on the website when you submit your order applies. We may amend the terms, but changes do not affect existing contracts. If one provision is invalid, the others remain valid. A model withdrawal form is attached.
