Who processes your data

The data controller is Royal Barber Eshop s.r.o., IČO 23540842, Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno. Na všechny dotazy k osobním údajům odpovídáme na info@royalbarber.cz.

What the website collects and what it doesn’t

The website has no user accounts, traffic measurement, advertising or analytics tools. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Appointments are booked through the external Bonfero system, which this site links to. Its operator’s terms apply after you leave our website.

Údaje, které zadáš, zpracováváme při objednávce, v kontaktním formuláři nebo když se ozveš kvůli práci. Při připojení k webu server technicky zpracuje také IP adresu a údaje o požadavku, aby mohl stránku doručit.

Ordering vouchers or products

What: full name, email and phone; optionally company name, registration number and VAT ID for invoicing; the Packeta pickup point for parcels; the recipient’s name and message for vouchers.

Why: to process your order, issue the voucher or dispatch goods, send confirmation and an invoice, and contact you if there is a problem. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations for accounting and tax.

How long: invoice data is kept for 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the invoice was issued, as required by Czech VAT and accounting law. Other order data is retained for order fulfilment, warranty and any complaint handling.

Recipient’s name and personal message are another person’s data. We use them solely to issue the voucher, do not send communications to the recipient and do not link them to other data. The recipient has the same rights as you.

Who receives your data

• Royal Barber Office — our own operating system, which creates orders, invoices and vouchers and records payments. We cannot process orders without it.
• Stripe (payment gateway) — after you submit an order, you enter card details on its website. We cannot access, see or store them. Stripe receives the information needed to process payment and handles it under its own policies.
• Zásilkovna s.r.o. (dopravce) — při zasílání kosmetiky dostane tvoje jméno, telefon, e-mail a vybrané výdejní místo, aby ti mohla zásilku doručit a oznámit, kde na tebe čeká.

We do not share data with anyone else or sell it. Data remains within the EU; Stripe’s safeguards apply to transfers outside the EU.

Contact form and email

What: email, message text and optionally your name. Why: to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding, or steps towards a contract. Form messages are stored in Royal Barber Office. How long: for the duration of the enquiry and up to one year afterwards, unless it leads to an order or complaint.

Job applications

What: name, phone, selected branch and what you tell us about yourself. Why: to contact you and arrange a meeting or trial haircut. Legal basis: steps towards an employment or cooperation agreement. Applications are stored in Royal Barber Office and are accessible only to recruitment staff. How long: for up to six months after submission unless otherwise agreed; you can request earlier deletion at any time.

What the website stores in your browser

V prohlížeči uchováváme obsah košíku, rozpracovaný nákup a nastavení zvolené při návštěvě. Podle těchto údajů neměříme návštěvnost ani necílíme reklamu. Při odeslání objednávky předáváme údaje potřebné k jejímu vyřízení. Přehled účelů a dob uložení je na stránce Cookies and privacy.

The only external service loaded into the page is the Packeta pickup-point map, and only after you choose to select a pickup point at checkout. No request is sent to its servers before that.

Chat and privacy

The chat runs on Royal Barber’s own server at chat.royalbarber.cz (Chatwoot software), not with an outside company. It loads only after explicit consent to the chat, which is stored under the key rb-consent in localStorage; until then no request is sent to chat.royalbarber.cz. Once enabled, the chat stores its own cookies in your browser to keep the conversation. The “Got it” button in the information bar does not grant this consent. You can change your decision in the footer; when consent is withdrawn the page reloads and the chat does not start. Phone and e-mail remain available.

Your rights

Máš právo na přístup ke svým údajům, jejich opravu nebo výmaz, na omezení zpracování, na přenositelnost a právo vznést námitku proti zpracování založenému na oprávněném zájmu. Stačí napsat na info@royalbarber.cz. Pokud si myslíš, že s údaji nakládáme špatně, můžeš se obrátit na Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
