Royal Barber Business · branches for sale

You are buying a business that already earns today.

The brand you are buying

You are not buying one shop. You are joining a network.

28 locations in 25 cities, one call centre, one booking system and one price list per location. A customer who moves stays in the network.

The map shows the whole network. 7 locations are for sale — find them in the offer below.

Video

Before you start counting, watch the shop at work.

After the video only one question remains: which location and on what terms. We go through that by phone.

Who this is for

You do not need to cut hair. You need to do the maths.

Investor

You are after a return, not a second job. The branch is run by the team already working there; you watch the numbers and head office keeps the standard.

Operator

You want your own business without a year of getting it off the ground. You take over a working shop, we train you in and stay available afterwards.

Who this is not for

Anyone after a return without ever setting foot in the shop. A branch is a living business with people in it — the owner turns up.

The franchise model

A simple model. No hidden fees.

You buy an established unit, run it under the brand and pay a share of turnover. That is all there is to it.

1.6–4.5million CZK entry investment, depending on the branch
7.5 %franchise fee on turnover
0 %marketing fee — head office pays it

The lease

Most branches on offer sit inside a shopping centre. For each one we hand you the current lease — term, rent and renewal conditions. We handle the landlord’s consent to the transfer together with you; we have done it for every branch we have ever opened.

You know each branch’s own numbers before you sign. The ranges shown are for first orientation only; they are not audited accounts and not a guaranteed return, and real results depend on location, operation and management and can be materially lower. Turnover, cost structure and the lease of the branch are put in front of you before signing.

On offer · 7 branches available

Every one of them trades today — takings, team and regulars.

We do not sell branches that do not work. Every branch on offer can be visited while it trades, and its numbers gone through — before you commit to anything.

Not sure which one? Call us and we go through the available locations by region and budget together.

You do not need the whole sum

Some buyers finance the purchase with a business loan — for an established shop with a trading history a bank assesses the application differently than for a start-up. We prepare the paperwork for the bank: turnover, the lease and the cost structure.

Why the branch will not be left without barbers

We train our barbers ourselves.

The biggest risk in any barbershop is losing the team. Royal Barber runs its own accredited Barber School, the Barber Battle competition and a network of branches across Czechia — when someone leaves, we have someone to put in. Head office also runs a call centre for every branch, a loyalty programme with a club card, and Royal Radio playing in all the shops.

How the handover works

Six steps. At no point do we ask you to decide before you have seen the numbers and the branch with your own eyes.

  1. 01

    You get in touch

Phone or email: location, budget, when you want to start.

  2. 02

    First meeting

We go through the available branches and the terms. You sign nothing.

  3. 03

    A visit during trading

You see the real footfall, the team and the premises.

  4. 04

    Checking the paperwork

Turnover, costs, the lease — for your accountant and your solicitor.

  5. 05

    Contract

Transfer of the branch and the franchise agreement. Nothing we have not discussed.

  6. 06

    Handover and training

You take over a working business; head office stays available.

What people ask

Before you call

  • Are the figures shown guaranteed?

No. They are indicative and not audited accounts. The figures for the branch you pick are handed over in person after the first call.

  • What if the team leaves after the handover?

The barbers stay; you take them on with the branch. And if some do leave — the network has its own school and branches across Czechia to recruit from.

  • How long does a handover take?

It depends how quickly you work through the paperwork and settle the financing. The steps are always the same, and you decide only after the visit and the numbers.

  • What happens to my employees?

They transfer with the branch, keeping their length of service and existing terms — that follows from the Labour Code. You get the list of employees and their contracts with the paperwork.

  • What if head office folds?

The branch does not depend on head office to trade — the takings are yours and customers come for the barber. Head office brings the brand, the booking system, marketing and recruitment. Royal Barber has been running since 2016.

  • I do not know which branch yet.

A normal place to start. Call us, we will go through regions and budget together and pick the branches that make sense.

Leave us your number

We call you back and go through the actual numbers.

A phone number and the region you are interested in are enough. We get back to you, tell you which locations are available and on what terms. Nothing is signed on the first call.
